I can't say I know what the Nebraska players know or don't know. However, I hear that the large "N" they put on their helmets stands for "Nolledge". You have to be fair. After all, Nebraska did score and the one just before half time was quite exciting.
Apparently a South Central Los Angeles gang was shooting some weapons and USC took the shooting for the half-time gun so they trotted to the locker room leaving Nebraska's offense on the field alone with the football. Ten plays later, Nebraska scored a touchdown. Like I say, it was exciting because they came close to settling for a field goal. |
